Going Deeper, Sooner with Intensive Blocks: Experience deep and rapid exploration with one or more sessions (3-5 hours each) scheduled close together, perhaps weekly.
Finding Rhythm with Regular Immersive Sessions: Benefit from consistent momentum with a single extended session (3-5 hours) on a less frequent basis, such as monthly. This would be ideal for those who may benefit from a gentler immersive pace, or for logistical considerations like minimising impact on work or traveling distances to attend.
In each thoughtfully structured session, we'll create a safe space to explore what arises, delve deeper into your experiences (with my supportive guidance), and conclude with grounding techniques to leave you feeling centred and peaceful. You'll also be cared for with your favourite drinks and nourishing food.
