Reflective Practice & Professional Development

A psychologically informed space for reflection, growth, and sustainable ways of living and working

How I can help you

Sometimes people are not looking for traditional therapy, but are seeking space to reflect, better understand themselves, navigate professional or relational pressures, or develop more sustainable ways of living and working.

Alongside therapy, I offer psychologically informed reflective work for individuals, professionals, teams, and organisations. This work draws on Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), relational practice, and embodied and nature based approaches to support deeper self awareness, reflection, and meaningful change.

This may be helpful for people who are:

  • feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or burnt out

  • working within emotionally demanding roles

  • navigating professional or relational difficulties

  • seeking greater self understanding and reflective capacity

  • wanting support with leadership, boundaries, or sustainable ways of working

  • interested in personal or professional development outside of traditional therapy

For Individuals

Some people seek a reflective space that sits somewhere between therapy, supervision, consultation, and personal development.

This work can support greater understanding of:

  • emotional and relational patterns

  • stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue

  • professional identity and pressures

  • boundaries and self care

  • recurring difficulties within relationships or work

  • ways of coping and responding under pressure

Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and psychologically informed, offering space to think more deeply about yourself, your relationships, and the wider contexts in which you live and work.

For Professionals, Teams & Organisations

I also offer reflective and psychologically informed spaces for teams and organisations, particularly within emotionally demanding professions and caring roles.

This may include:

  • reflective practice groups

  • psychologically informed consultation

  • professional development sessions

  • team reflection and formulation

  • relational and communication focused work

  • burnout and wellbeing support

  • compassionate and psychologically informed ways of working

These spaces aim to support reflection, emotional wellbeing, relational awareness, and more sustainable working cultures.

Work can be offered indoors, online, or outdoors within natural settings.

My Approach

My work is informed by relational and formulation based approaches, including Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and principles of personal reformulation. These approaches support greater understanding of patterns in relationships, emotions, ways of coping, and responses to pressure and stress.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or performance, this work aims to support deeper reflection, self awareness, psychological flexibility, and meaningful sustainable change.

I aim to offer spaces that feel compassionate, grounded, collaborative, and thoughtfully containing.
